At Defenders Athletics Inc, we are grateful for the support of our donors and participants. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, contributions are generally considered tax-deductible and are used to further our mission.

Donations:

All donations are considered final and non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error (such as an incorrect amount or duplicate transaction), please contact us via email with the information included in the transaction. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Event Registrations & Program Fees:

Refunds for event registrations or program fees may be available depending on the circumstances:

Cancellations will be dependent on the event and shall be listed on the event page. Please refer to the event page for additional information.
If an event or program is canceled by Defenders Athletics Inc., participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer the registration.

Processing Refunds:

Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
